The interior scheme needed to accentuate the traditional character of the building, which sits within a World Heritage site. The basement was to offer an intimate performance area for guests to experience live music whilst dining.
The use of soft blue wall panelling, offset with brassy tones and warm oak finishes, achieves an inviting and sophisticated look. On the ground floor the striking overbar above the Pizzaiola is the focal feature. Chevron oak wall panelling with brass frames, and textured antique gold mirror adds warmth. Prominent historic buildings feature as clean graphic images with poster like qualities and just a hint of bling.
