PizzaExpress: Abingdon, Banbury and Beverley
Chris our in-house Graphic Designer was asked to produce a range of artworks for six different PizzaExpress restaurants in the last few months. We thought we’d take the opportunity to share these with you in the first of two blog posts.
The monochrome plant based patterns at Abingdon, drew inspiration from Arts and Crafts legend William Morris, who lived at nearby Kelmscott Manor. Chris devised an abstracted map for Banbury, which was produced as a large wallpaper mural. The diamonds were created after he visited the fantastic Beverley Minster, situated just around the corner from the restaurant.
